I had ordered this teeth whitening product on 5/16/2009. I did not receive it until Wednesday 5/27 and didn't have time to try it. I just lost my job and so i was going to cancel, so today June 1, I called and they said it had already charged my account. i asked them why since i didn't get a product for this amount and they said the offer was a free trial, not free product and that I have to pay for the supposed free product. and that i should have called sooner to cancel. They are ripping everyone off.
