Just to add that I too have had money taken from my account twice once from Brightwhite and once from Vibrant White who I now know is the same company. Nothing is ever free. A lesson learned. I think what has upset me more is that my bank appear to be aware of the problem and do nothing about it they could flag the transaction and get in contact with the customer as they have done for other transactions before releasing the funds.
