Called around to appliance repair places looking for a part for my oven. There were two potential problems, thermostat or ignitor. Brinkerhoff's were the only appliance company in the area that claimed they had both parts in stock. I verified the part numbers to be sure. When they came out to repair the oven, they magically didn't have the right part even though I had verified they did. THEY LIE TO GET THE BUSINESS. Turns out what they diagnosed was wrong too!!. Run as far away from these people as you can. Dishonesty is the name of their game. FYI, Troy's Appliance is just as bad or worse. DO WE HAVE ANY HONEST APPLIANCE REPAIR CO'S LEFT IN KITSAP?!?!
