I had recently used my bank account for payments EFT. After cancelling that option of payment and for two months had been paying check by mail. The second month i had paid my bill, was also in a three way auto accident. When I called my car insurance, they told me that my policy had been cancelled two days prior, for lack in payment. They wanted an extra $8.90 for the month that i was unaware of. However, they cashed my check that i sent them, and now i owe the other car insurance over 20K since my car insurance is not keeping up their end of service. I just want to know how can they cancell my insurance but yet cash the check that i sent to them??
