broadway collision & towing told me they would waive insurance deductible in order to get my business but when car was ready broadway collision & towing did not waive the deductible. broadway collision and towing have many employees, none of which take any responsibility for the numerous lies told by the others. broadway collision & towing did a very poor repair job on my car. broadway collision & towing will tell you what you want to hear to get your business but their promises mean nothing; nobody is accountable. broadway collision & towing did not perform all the work they said they would but did offer plenty of excuses as to why it wasn't done. broadway collision & towing did not have the car ready when promised, but again made lots of excuses why not. there are 8 million people in new york and broadway collision & towing does not need your repeat business. i will never again do business with broadway collision & towing. buyer beware.
