Unauthorized charges
I went on bromalite.com for the, so-called 'free trial' offer. Well, over 2 weeks l;ate I was charged $69.95 to my bank account. Their web page is very misleading!!! All of this information is written on the bottom of their page. It is sooo small, you need a magnifying glass to read it. All I want is my $69.95 back.

Unauthorized charges
Bromalite charged my bank card twice without my knowledge or permission. I signed up for their free 30 day sample and used my card to pay for $4.99 shipping. I never received the sample, but the money was charged for the shipping, and so I called them and they said I was not in their system and they couldn't help me and hung up on me. The bank got my shipping charges back for me. Then a week later, I saw two more charges for 87.00 and 89.00 on my account, and another charge pending. I have not ordered anything else from this company. I called the bank and the bank said a lot of other people are having the same unauthorized charges on their accounts from this company. I had to have my card replaced and overage charges removed.

I paid for the trial bottle for free and they charged 74.85 twice on my charge card how do i get my money back.

I too have been ripped off from this company. They were supposed to send me a sample, now I get the jars, no packing list or return info... and they've charged me 2 time for product I never ordered.

People who THINK they're getting ripped off!
I feel so sorry for you people who are complaining that Bromalite is ripping you off. For one, YOU all are the ones who put your credit card information on the internet without reading the TERMS and CONDITIONS. You people do not deserve refunds! Luckily for you...customer service is excellent at Bromalite! They will refund your money even though they SHOULDN'T! I love how you guys think you'll have a lawsuit! You agreed to the terms and conditions by checking the box! They're clearly listed twice!
Bromalite is as big of a scam as Mortgage Companies and Car Loans! Every company is out to make money and take advantage of people who want to live beyond their means and have their hand out for something "free". NOTHING IN LIFE IS FREE!

I ordered a trial package $ 4.95 and I have been charged with 69.95 $ 4.95 and 38.98 . I received the trial offer and 1 bottle of PIXIE TEA . I will dispute the unauthorized charges with my bank .

Scam!!!
Bromalite Scam!
I ordered a "Free Sample" and got hit with a 69.95 charge to my credit card... I called the company (866-897-0663) and got my credit card refunded within 5 days. (was on hold for about 15 minutes)
Here is the best way to handle the call to avoid them telling you that there is nothing they can do:
1. tell them the call is being recorded
2. tell them that you plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General's office if not issued a refund along with cancelling the memebship.
3. ask for a confirmation # and aslo an email confirmation.
They will 1st try to tell you that there is nothing that they can do about the initial 69.95 charge since you did not cancel within the 1st 14 days. They will also point out that this was disclosed when you clicked "rush my order" or "submit" for your "Free Sample"... Simply tell them "that is poor business practice - please credit my account for the 69.95 and cancel the membership so I don't have to call the Attorney General - thanks you!"
... Soon you're credit card will get charged again for 29.95 from another compnay called FitFactory.com - they will claim that you agreed when you submitted the Bromalite order - what a nightmare - follow the same as above - here is the # 866-407-1022
Now, the eamails keep coming from all theri "partners"... bastards just won't go away!

I ordered the 14 day trial and got the product on the 12th day. So I had really one day to "try" it. I have called to cancel on the 14th day, they told me the charges are already going through and have to call back tomorrow to see if they can refund charges. I have to see what happens. The good thing that I did was put the initial charges ($4.95) on a "gift" card that only had $10.00 on it, so they can't really charge me any more. This is a good idea when ever you are ordering something like this on the web.
