If you want to cancel your order for Total Cleanse go to www.verifyyourorder.com. Here you can check the status of your order, request it be cancelled and view the Terms and Conditions. I had trouble canceling this by phone but this link seems to work. Also under terms and conditions there is a phone number and address where you can write. My credit card was charged $4.95 for shipping and handling and when I placed the order I received a confrimation number. It worked on this site. Hope this helps!
