I saw an ad on a website for free samples, after you order you are supposed to go to another part of the site to cancel, you cannot get into that part of the site, you try to call, they leave you on hold for 30 to 45 minutes on a line that does nothing but buzz, you can hardly understand the person that you speak to once you do get through, if you get through, I'm sure they do that on purpose so people will give up and eventually hang up. I was determined to get through, they told me they would credit my account, we will see. They are very sneaky, I just want to warn others so they do not get taken in like I did, shame on me. If I do not get my refund, i will write back and hopefully you can help me. I'm sure you guys have been very busy with this company. These people cannot be trusted.
