I was revewing my checking account online and I found that this company removed approx $40.00 from my account without my knowledge. I tried to call 800 number and they either wanted my account # with them, atm card # or phone #. I didn't know I had a account Number so that option was out. They took money without my knowledge so I'm not going to give them my atm number, so I put in my phone number and they have no record of that, so no options. So I went back to my bank and they renewed my balance, but I had to get a new ATM card. What a RIPPOFF.
