I also received a letter 13 oct 2008 from the British National Lottery Headquarters with ticket number 56475600545188 Serial nr 5388/02 and winning of 753437.00 pound. Please let me know if it is a scam because i must open a bank account in London or a courier to deliver it for me in South Africa and it must be paid before delivery.
