Does anyone know a Mr. Bryan Wooldridge? He worked for Surefast Mortgage sometime in 2008. He has since oped his own business called Property Options Pros in the Phoenix, AZ area. He claims that he can modify your home loan and he asked for money to be paid upfront. Months and months go by with nothing being done with the lender. Finally when you ask for your money back(contract states a full refund if a monification doesn't go through) Bryan Wooldridge seems to disappear.
