This is a review on Best Auto Shipper as well as Bryant Towning, Detroit, MI or Bryants Towing Michigan. Best Auto Shipper was the company I set up my quote through - bestautoshipper.com - they had a decent rate. They then contracted my automobile to be shipped by Bryants Towing, by Wendell Bryant 313-477-4888. He was picking the car up from St. Louis and driving it to Michigan. Bryants Towing is the worst excuse for a business possible. They took 5 extra days over the agreed upon delivery date. They were rude, never apologized, and are down right incompetent. They do not respond to calls. They do not call you back when they say they will. I cannot believe Best Auto Shipppers would do this to a customer. Bryants Towing of Detroit, MI should NOT be used if you are trying to ship a car. As I write this review my car is STILL not here as it was promised 8 hours ago.
