Paying 1350 RS per month, Internet speed 1/10 of what was promised and advertised and top it all line keeps dropping every hr. Lodged complaints 6 times and visited local custome care office and all on deaf ears. BSNL being Govt. do not bother to listen at all and nobody comes to rectify. Funny thing, they keep calling to subscribe IP TV Big Joke !!!

95% of all BSNL staff do not have any idea about any techonologies when we complaint and explain what is going on and they are in the busisness!!!

Unfortunately, this seems the walk of life.
