My landline phone with no.-01883284154 is dead from last one month. I have been complaining since the very first day it got dead...it starts working fine for few hours after I complain and again gets dead...my broadband connection is also getting effected because of this problem...it is also working for few hours and ceases to work after that...the same process is continuing from last one month and I have been facing a lot of problems and I am complaining again and again but no permanent solution to my problem has been found yet...I want an urgent rectification for the problem please...

i would like to draw your kind notice towards a point that i am a BSNL landline phone subscriber. earlier we were living in 182 D, Urban Estate, Phase 1, Focal Point, Ludhiana. there our land line number was 0161-2671808. one month back we are shifted to 243, Rasila nagar, Street no. 1, Near Jamalpur, Ludhiana. One month back i requested at BSNL office (Transport nagar) for shifting of my landline phone. with in three days i recieved a call from their customer care that i have been allotted a new number that is (0161-2681842). during that call they also provided me cell number of JE of my area who will install phone to my home. his number is (9417400056). after that i called on the number and in return i got a reply that they are not having wire for my connection. even after calling for 20-25 times to that person, some how he send a person to my home to install phone. but he only made a connection from poll to my home and already 15 days have more passed and i have not yet received connection in that installation. daily i am trying that JE number and he is not picking my call. kindly let me know how long it should take to make a connection of a landline phone. as i am feeling harassed by these people. please help me if you can.

I had transferred my land ling No.0175 2305958 from Patiala to Mohali and got new No.0172-2266731. First of all the wire were connected on 16/05/2011 but phone could not be worked before 31/05/2011 and after 11/06/2011 it was not working as the underground wires have been destroyed due to road repair, Whenever goes to customercare and with commercial officer at Mohali, they donot even have the tacts how to talk with the public and my broadband is not working due to non function of telephone. Why BSNL is paying heavy salary to tech. stafff who donot care for the betterment of BSNL. Today BSNL has one of the bad name in the eyes of public for the services it rendered

Broadband connection daily disconneted and daily we have to ring and lead to customer care.MY phone no is 01642240731 . SDO broadband say that it is the fault of land line so contect the SDO telephone and SDO telephone say that it is the fault of broadband.Look into the matter please.
