For last more than 3 month the Landline and attached broadband is not working and we getting the bill for the payment.
Though we have logged many complaints it is not getting rectified and only answer we get is that it will be solved within one or two days.
Almost i spoke to all the officer who in the hierarchy and answer we get is that it will be resolved very soon .The telephone number is 26556042. Since we are using this phone for a very longtime we do not want to cancel this connection.
