We bought a sofa set (3 + 2 seaters) in late Jan this year and the 3 seaters sofa's support connection/line between the sofa head rest and seat where we sit start to break. This is newly bought and it is definitely poor workmanship. We checked with the salesman if there is any warranty when we went to purchase a new wardrobe and bed from them and he claimed that as long as purchase is within one year, warranty is covered. He then told us to revert to him the invoice number and he will assist. However, after we have fully paid for the new wardrobe and bed, he takes very long to revert back to us and later told us that there is no warranty and any repair will cost money. He even suggested we top up money to purchase another new sofa. This is really unethical behaviour and really "LOUSY" AND "BAD" service. They only want us to spend more money without compensating us for any defects of their furniture. They said warranty does not cover this and that but this was never stated in the invoice. Several calls were made earlier to this salesman and excuses were given such as boss travelling and waiting for him to come back. Many calls were made but not picked-up by him. When we manage to get him on the phone, the final answer is still a "NO" and solution was still to spend money to top up for another new sofa. After such encounter, I would never want to go to this furniture shop anymore nor would I recommend anyone there. The boss never even bother after we have told the salesman to feedback to his boss of our unhappinesss. This is not the way to do business. What a lousy experience we had!
