I applied for a property through Build Matrix and have found their service delivery very slow and painful. I always had to follow up with them and ask them what was happening with the bond application etc. Then they changed their cell phone numbers without informing me which is unacceptable. I feel like they didn't take me seriously enough and was moved from pillar to post. Please think twice before dealing with this company.
