If you ever run across Greg Bonner of Houston, Texas and James Landers of St. Petersburg, Florida I would highly suggest you run far away! These two individuals have stole hundreds of people's money for roof jobs that they never performed. I installed roofs for Greg Bonner of BuildingEMT located at 10190 Katy Freeway in Houston, and James Landers of Tampa, Florida and they owe me over $60, 000 for material and labor my company installed on homes that these two men have been paid by the homeowners! Its my understanding that James Landers who lives in a mansion at 815 18th Street, Saint Petersburg, Florida has done this in the past with contractors for his development business! These man both stole money from homeowners and contractors, took the money and went to Florida and then filed bankruptcy. James Landers is a con-artist and has stole money from homeowners, contractors, employees and suppliers. I would highly suggest you do not do business with any of these companies, Greg Bonner and James Landers.
