Builder contracted to build house at cost plus fixed fee, but took more than 300, 000 in money not spent on house not including builders fee of 200, 000 and refuses to finish house or return unspent money. In all they have reportedly spent just over 700, 000 on a 1, 300, 000 house and refuses to return any of the 500, 000 of unspent money. The public needs to be warned about this company. I am sure we are not the first victims of this company and we unfortunately may not be the last. BEWARE!
