We've ordered from Bulk Direct a number of times over the past couple of years. They are so prompt, are great at communicating, have awesome prices and are super flexible with placement when delivering! We have gotten both rock and mulch in the bags, and won't go back. This is by far the best place to order/buy landscape supplies and definitely the best prices as well. We find they have the most and best selection of products. The owner of this company is extremely involved in this business and very involved in speaking and responding to customers either in person on site or over social media when you have questions and is extremely personable and helpful! Their website said a product was sold out and I messaged the owner over social media to ask when new stock would come in and he said he’d have enough product to make us a 1 yard bag and asked us what else we needed and he sent us a custom link to checkout with all the product we needed. That is amazing service right there! We continue to go back and order from here when we need stuff for our yard. Highly recommend supporting and ordering from this business. Thanks again Landon!

We had been thinking about getting some stone for beside our driveway, to make it look better. We went to another place, and they quoted us substantially more than Bulk Direct. We drove down to the Bulk Direct site, and spoke with Landon. He was very friendly, and helped us out with what we wanted. We expected next day delivery as we were there after noon. We drove back to Airdrie, and before we even returned home, we had a call that our delivery was on the way! The driver said they were Landon's father, and he was very nice. He dropped the stones right where we wanted, and it was all around a great experience with them. We will be using them next time we have another project. Absolutely awesome people to deal with, with many payment options as well. These guys had the nicest rainbow rock that we could find in the city, and they were the cheapest as well. Super quick loading, super friendly people, rock is amazing quality as well. 10/10 would recommend bulk direct to anyone looking for landscaping gravel. My wife and I couldn’t be happier!

We ordered Kentucky bluegrass from Bulk Direct Landscape Supply, and the quality was fantastic! The grass arrived in great condition and has really transformed our yard. The only minor feedback is that I wish the delivery team would have called ahead to ask where we’d like it dropped off—front or back of the property. In hindsight, I could’ve mentioned this when placing the order, but a quick confirmation call would have been helpful. Overall, we’re very happy with the product and the service!
