I LOVE working with capable people! I ordered what I needed online on Tuesday afternoon and on Wednesday morning at 7 AM I got a call from Patrick saying he was on his way! My yard is a bit tricky to access via a narrow driveway, but HE DIDN’T GIVE UP and we got his truck in the back to dump the rock exactly where I wanted it! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! Great price too - will definitely order from here again and I’m telling all my friends. THANK YOU FOR A PAINLESS PROCESS!

I contacted bulk direct online. They were easy to communicate with and also easy to make payment, etc. I also had them deliver and stack my wood. And when I tried to tip them, they refused. Pretty honourable guys. Highly recommend them. Also on delivery day, they communicated very well giving me an estimate of what time they would be here, etc. It was great

Did way too much research trying to find the best price while still maintaining quality, and these guys won by a landslide. On top of that, the service was impeccable. I placed my order at 4 PM, and it arrived by 10:30 AM the next morning, which was way faster than expected. The delivery team managed to fit the load into a nearly impossible space, which was seriously impressive. The soil quality was excellent, and their delivery pricing was the lowest we found around. Cannot recommend Bulk Direct enough, would absolutely use them again.

Had a bulk bag of sand delivered for a backyard project. Honestly couldn't have been easier or faster. Such a great service. Dropped it right where I needed it the next day after ordering.

It's so great to walk on
I ordered 5 yards of 10mm rundle rock fines and put down a thick layer as a base for my 16x16 paver blocks. This stuff compacts really well on its own. I rented a 20-inch gas powered tamper and compacted the base even more. It's so great to walk on, I almost don't want to cover it up with decorative rock and pavers. I've also purchased 50/50 soil mix and cedar mulch from Bulk Direct Landscape Supply and was very happy with their products and incredible service. Now I just need to order some sand and decorative rock from them to finish off my landscaping project.

Great Birchwood! Wonderful friendly service, very FAST (ordered 9:00 AM, delivered 10:30 AM), and the online ordering is simple. The wood itself burns clean, with little smoke and NO POPS/EMBERS. As you can see from the pictures, with this birch we don't need the fire screen. I've been ordering wood and other yard supplies from Bulk Direct for almost 3 years and have been impressed every time.

Friendly and patient
This was my first experience with Bulk Direct Landscaping Supply, and I was very happy with the service. I placed my order online and their ordering system was easy to use. Teddy notified me by text before his arrival, and arrived early the morning after I placed the order. He dropped my material order precisely where I wanted it. He was friendly and patient. I highly recommend this company.
