purchased two books from Burberry Books on November 9, 2005 and paid with a credit card. As of January 9, 2006, I have not received these books. I have tried to contact the company on several occasions, and have been ignored. Because I purchased these books through an eBay storefront, and it has been more than 45 days, I am basically ripped-off as eBay won't do squat after 45 days.

I filed my claim with them on December 31st, thinking I needed to allow extra time because of the holidays. Burberry sent me an email on November 10, 2005, stating that my books would ship within 48 hours. I have received nothing from eBay and nothing from Burberry Books.

All I want is either the books or a complete refund. I am extremely disgusted and would not recommend this company to anyone.
