Hold the pickle, Hold the Lettuce--Special Orders they UPSET us. Wow what a RUDE establishment BK is settling for in Oxon Hill, Md. When a mistake was made by BK staff in the Drive thru line in Oxon Hill, Md, the passengers in my car were treated as liars and totally disrespected. No offer was ever made to correct the problem and the staff NEVER apologized. Their action left a very bad taste in my mouth and calls to the area supervisor have gone ignored. SERVICE< SERVICE> SERVICE has always been the motto to any business. This store is a disgrace to BK. Managers need to go to training or back to wiping tables. GROSS people need to be fired. Another neighborhood BK manager offered free meals and said how sorry he was for the treatment received.
