Burger King has promos for its BK Crown card. Got one, but...tried using it at a few BK restaurants and received a whoa. Sorry, we don't accept that card. Come on, your own card, for Pete's sake-out of your own corporation. Needless to say, I destroyed it along with its loss of quite a few bucks because I got so upset over so many of its restaurants refusing to accept it. I am sure more hapless victims of the BK Crown Card are in the same boat. By the way, MacDonald's honors its' card at over 99% of its restaurants. Other corporate issued cards are good at ALL their outlets, restaurants, or whatever. BK-WAKE UP and GET WITH THE TIMES!!!You are losing a LOT of customers with this idiotic program.

I started eating burgerkings in 1965, and they were one of the
best. Today I can eat a burgerking and for 6 hours I can keep
tasting and burping up the overly cooked smoke and the grease
that falls from the burger and the grease keep cooking and cooking..
Of course I didn't go back to tell them about it becasue I was afraid
there may have been an extra charge for all the burping I did.

I didn't eat bugerkings anymore nor will I ...this happens in most
any burgerking I went to... they need to change the grease at least
once a year or so...In 1965 the burbs didn't last 6 hours.
But I guess I got my moneys worth, a hamburgerr and all
that smoky grease for no extra charge... I'll bet the leaders of burger king don't eat at a burgerking... THey are smart...

walked into burgerking to get dinner, ordered my dinner n gave the lady i think it was the manager a twenty dollar bill . she made comments under her breath about getting a bill to large. she kept going on n on about people giving large bills for a 6 dollar meal. i began to feel very uncomfortable an ask the woman for my money back with that she then tried to make a joke out of it. with that she starts to complain about an employee that went on break an never came back !!! then two employees start fighting with a customer at the drive in window . THERE WAS NO WAY I COULD EAT MY DINNER AT THIS TIME WHICH I STILL DIDNT GET YET SO I FIRMLY ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK AN LEFT THE STORE !!! Is this the way we treat people today, i will never go to that B/K anymore !!!

i loved burger king when they came to mobile, al in 1968 or 1969, as kids we went to see who could eat the most whoppers, as a kids challenge.oh they were large then at $.69.<br />
we used to go ther and fil a bag to take to the drivein movie.<br />

I realy enjoy your flammed broiled burgers! They are the greatest! I prefer your Burgers over McDonalds any day!
I think its false advertisement when your corp logo is HAVE IT YOUR WAY! Does that only apply to what you want on your burger? If so, I think that should be stated in your LOGO. Like, "YOUR BURGER HAVE IT YOUR WAY!" Perhaps, Maybe, it was the employees who had no other customers in the drive threw except me to pleaz, was just to lazy to care! When I went through the drivethrew on 03-09, at 12:33 p.m. I ordered a whopper meal, large with a coke, a second whopper, and a cheezburger. I asked to have my fries MADE EXTRA SALTY! If I were a customer asking for no salt this would be done seemless and without thought! So, I don't get what's the big deal about pleasing your customer, going that little extra mile and making a seperate frie, fresh with ALOT of salt on them?
Instead, I was told that could NOT BE DONE! If I want alot of salt on my fries they will give me alot of salt packets so I can salt them myself! I explained that I did NOT want any salt packits because by the time I got home they would then be TOO COLD for me to salt. When the fries are colder the salt does not stick to them, it just rools right off! However, if you salt them alot when they are just dropped out of the greese, the salt sticks to them! EMMMM good! So, I asked " can you make me some fresh, hot fries and put ALOT of salt on them for me? " Again I was told NO they could not! I even said that if they could not do that for me, then I was going to go to McDonalds to eat and spend my money! So, I did! I went to McDonalds who was MORE THEN HAPPY to make my extra salty fries! Althow, I realy would have loved that WHOPPER!!!
