Manager screaming at me

I went to this store ( 106 FULTON STreet, Ny, Ny, 10031) to buy a whopper JR meal and the soda taste lke water so I told the Manager whose name is SYED ADMED and I also told him that there was a roach on my burger and instead of him saying im sorry about that, he starts screaming at me and telling me what problem do I have. I was puzzled for a second like are you serious right now i got a roach on my burger and the soda taste like water and all you can do is scream at me and be nasty ughhhh he got me so upset but mark my words " I NEVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRR BUY ANYTHING AGAIN FROM BURGER KING, NEVER AGAIN!!! I WILL TAKE THIS TO THE EXTREMES I SWEARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!

Did not get my food

I went to Burger King todau 8-6-2010, my # was H244, and the cashier was Cecilia. She assured me my chicken nuggets were in the bag, but when I got home they were NOT. I am in a wheel chair, & it is very hard to get around, so I can't even go back and get them, which means I'll go hungrty tonight. It is totally unacceptable, but I am an old lady, so you'll get away with it. What a shame.. My e-mail is [email protected]
