This is a letter to anyone who bought into Club Regina in earlier than 2001. when I bought two platinum memberships for

$40, 000 cash I recieved a deed to two units in Las Vegas at Polo Towers and was assured I was also a Starwood Preferred

Guest and that many Westins were included in my membership. They sold my membership to Raintree with no

permission and now I am not able to use the previously agreed upon Westins. This is Fraud. I know the name of the

salesman as he is a friend and probably would testify as to the fraud. anyone else in the same boat. The quality has

dropped from what was equivalent to a 4 star to what I now consider a 1 star quality after stayoing in the Palm Springs
