I've stupidly placed 2 orders with this company. The final product is great, but the delivery time and lack of communication almost negate the enjoyment felt upon finally receiving my order. It took over 2 months for me to receive my personalized products both times although I noted that they processed my credit card immediately. I called, sent emails to all listed email addresses, and I never heard back once as to the expected delivery of my order. The second time I placed an order was on the day my friend's baby was born, she received her gift on the baby's 2 month birthday. Ironically, my friend lives in Northbrook, a neighboring suburb of this company location. I will never give them my business again.
