My company had a team building event hosted by Transformative Training. Their team was great. They were fun and energetic. This made listening and learning easier to do. I have been through other team building events and they were boring. But I had so much fun with the Transformative Training team. They incorporated classroom training along with fun activities. I felt my co-workers worked hard with the team building exercises. We discuss the event often at our weekly meeting to ensure we are continuing to incorporate the lessons into our daily tasks and communications.
