I signed up for a government grant program called Grant Now. Do not fall for it. I canceled my membership 13 minutes after I sign up because they charged my account $49.95 not $1.00 as the add stated. I sent my cancellation in through their website, just as instructed and received an email confirmation. I then waited a few days and then called to make sure I was getting a refund. They said I had not canceled and now it's past the thre day period and will not get a refund. I sent a support ticket, as instructed, with a copy of the cancellation email. They said I do not get a refund because their records show I did not cancel until after the period. I am furious. Please do not sign up with this company. You will have a very hard time getting your money back if you change your mind, even though their website says 'no questions asked'. They outright lie! I have never had this happen before. I am shocked that people can actually get by with this kind of fraud! They have got to be stopped right in their dirty tracks!
