Gas for central heating and cooking ordered November still not received (contract is 7 days) 28th December. We now have no gas only a log fire and temperatures are below freezing at night. This would not be permitted in other European countries, this is against our human rights, we have a contract that does not allow us to buy from another supplier, this is outrageous.
