My daughter purchased a new Ford Fusion in our hometown in LA. She was driving home to Gulfport, MS and noticed her tire kept going flat & she kept stopping to put air in it. At this point the car only had 300 miles on the odometer.

In Gulfport she took it to Butch Oustalet Ford and was told since she didn't purchase it from there they couldn't do anything for her. She was left in the parking lot with her tire by the side of her car. The service attendant did not even help her load the tire in her car. Then the manager Randy told her it would be 4 weeks before they could get a new tire for her. I made one call and found the exact tire for her car a few blocks from the dealership. I hate that for her first new car experience she had to deal with an inconsiderate dealer that has serious customer service issues.
