You need to address the rebates on your site as some are apparently fraudulent. I sent this rebate and jumped through all the hoops and they sent me a e-mail rejecting because of their mistakes. One of the pages, I know I sent them because remember it and and I have copies of it on my computers, was lost by them. This begs the question, are you're rebates just a scam to sell these items.
