This company runs ads for employement but after interviewing with them it seems they're more interested in having people contribute to their business without a job offer. Their current ad on Craigslist requests you submit suggestions as to "how you can help BuyHappier through its growth mode"
I was asked to critique their website and to submit suggestions on how to "hit the ground running" in a newly created position. I was interview by Aaron Miller, CEO, who was barefooted! His demeanor was arrogant. Perhaps it was just a bad day but after seeing the job posted again without even an email of rejection, I think these job posts are just a way to gather information and business ideas.
