I am Australian and purchased cosmetics from this company. I paid for the cosmetics using credit card and received an email stating my order had been accepted. A couple of days later I received an email from the company stating that my credit card had been charged with the amount for the items but, as I was an overseas buyer, they would not dispatch the items unless I sent them a copy of my credit card statement showing that it was me that purchased the item. I contacted my credit card provider about this and was told that under no circumstances was I to send them this information as this is a way that bank accounts can be compromised. I relayed this information to the company and they basically said that they cannot dispatch without this information and so my order was cancelled and I must wait a month for the amount to be reversed on my credit card. It should be noted that when I purchased the items there was nothing on their website to suggest this would be the procedure for overseas orders and also I am acting under the direct advise of my credit card provider. I feel they have broken their contract to sell me these items with no good reason to or right to.
