I have purchased a game console from this company over two months ago. My check was cashed quickly, but weeks later, when I sent the company an e-mail to see what was going on, I was told the company was out of business and I would be receiving a refund within 10 days. Another month went by and I e-mailed them again to find out what was going on and the only thing I heard in response was that the company is experiencing financial difficulties and would refund my month shortly. I gave it another few weeks and here I am today with no product and no refund. I have just sent them another e-mail today asking for resolution. I should have done more research into this company before I purchased from them. I hope I do not need to take any legal action before this becomes resolved. My situtation seems very similar to the others that have commented on this page and it aggravates me even more knowing that they have scammed a lot of people. This business does not have conventional or ethical business practices.
