I was repaying Buzz-It Debt Solutions for debt owed to a company. I overpaid and was contacted by Ernie that i was to be refunded and they needed my banking details. I sent my details and requested when and how much would be paid back. 15 e-mails, 25 attempted calls and faxes and i still have no response. They have left me with no option but to go to Wendy Knowler from East Coast Radio in Durban and to employ the services of another collection agency to collect on the monies owed to me. Do they still exist? Where can contact them. My e-mails have been read and my faxes have been received but i have had no response!!!
