Unauthorized Text Message Charges

BuzzMeters sends unauthorized SMS text messages to your cell phone, billing $9.99/per text message received, which the cell phone carrier bills these charges to your month bill. I was unable to get these charges reversed by my cell phone carrier (Verizon) because the customer service rep that helped claimed it's a 3rd party that bills then and in turn they bill me because it's not Verizon billing me directly for this "premium message". All they can do is text back "stop" to the text message received and block these services, but the customer is still liable for the charges.

Unauthorized Charges

I received an unauthorized charge from this company on my cell phone. I did not authorize this charge and am having problems getting this charge taken off of my bill. The Verizon rep was helpful in placing a block on the charge, but when I called the number for Buzz Meters...all I got was hung up on by the answering service.
