I have rented a camp site since 2006 at Byrd camp ground I pay by the month never miss a month I recently went there for the winter months and put up a small shed and fence for my dogs and privacy on my bedrrom side I was called by the owner of campground and told I would have to take down the fence on the one side because it was not painted white! I live 800 miles away and am a senior citzen woman the owner said they would take it down I offered to send money to paint it I think this is harressment these owners were at camp the week I left to come back to NY state and NEVER said anything about the one side there is no lease never given any rules and have been there 3 yrs in Dec 2009. I cannot just up and go there they want me to put up another type of fence also what is my recourse I love the area and there are no other sites around plus the cost would be to great
