I was sold two magazine subs by C & S, Howard Brock was the owner, with Dave Fussell listed on my receipt as the Distributor. I paid 94.00 by check to C & S and never received the subscriptions(for my two young children). I complained to BBB, they contacted Howard (who is now conveniently an officer of Southern Circulation with Dave)and Dave who said they had no idea what we were talking about (even though his name is on my receipt). It appears to me the name of the business was just changed to Southern Circulation and Howard "closed C and S" .I called Howard at Southern Circulation in Huntsville Alabama and he yelled at me called me a leech and told me to "go away, you will never get your money". These two men need to be stopped. Their website boasts that they sell mags to "elderly and disabled", this is pathetic... consumer beware. I am going to file theft by deception charges against both Howard and Dave.
