I purchased a CD from IDS for $1.98. I never received the CD but was charged for it. And now, a few days later I find that my bank account was debited for $94.89. I cannot find any information to get it removed by this company. I am going to try AARP since I am retired and living on a fixed income. I need my money refunded and the IDS Grants number on the debit was 8668762778. Please return the stolen funds.
