With regards, i am to state that i have booked my gas on 29-12-2010 at 16:19 P.M.through Telephonic gas booking system from C LAL & SONS. (Gas booking no.1260). My gas booking no. 82, Source IVR, Caller ID 011-23812782, Consumer no. P-9095. Unfortunately i am still awaiting for my cylinder, but when I checked my refill Status, it showed that the gas cylinder has already been delivered on 02-01-2011. Yesterday my wife called to c lal & sons regarding non delivery of gas cylinder, but their replies was irresponsible. Words quoted that " your gas has been booked on 14-01-2011". For your information, i have not booked my gas on 14-01-2011. As per their norm, they never entertain after twenty one days. If they provided the gas cylinder to me on 02-01-2011, how can they book my cylinder on 14-01-2011.
But according to the status it shows the booking date on 14-01-2011 at 14:10 P.M.booking no. 80, through IVR .
Please take punitive action against C LAL & SONS REGARDING GROSS NEGLIGENCE & HARASSMENT. PLEASE PROVIDE ME, MY IN DUE GAS CYLINDER IMMEDIATELY, BECAUSE MY BOTH THE CYLINDERS ARE EMPTY.
