We were new to this so I'm sure it made it easy for them! They promised you the moon telling you that listing it through them, because they are a realty company, that we have a sure sell within 6 months...all they needed was the $$$ up front and it would be listed on several websites. They also gave us a number that would take us directly to the listing. WHATEVER! When I went to their website it was like finding a needle in a haystack. We tried to contact the "realtor" and amazingly NEVER heard from him again. Of course we have been contacted several times by other "time share dealers" and we now tell them that we will not pay any money up front, they can take their money from the sale and of course we never hear from them again, which is fine with me!
