Disappointed
I ordered a jersey for my daughter for Christmas, something that she really, really wanted. Web site promised shipment within 24 hours and 5-8 days for delivery. I ordered it in plenty of time. Kept checking day after day and still says processing. Tried contacting them several times with no reply. Out the money and no merchandise!! I was excited about surprising my daughter, but Santa didn't come through :(

have yet to receive anything; now website is nonexistent!
I made an order on 12/17 and never received confirmation. went back on 12/18 to see that the website was now nonexistent! I've already been charged and the payment has been cleared. what do I do?!

Charged for Merchandise not received
I ordered a Miami Heat Jersey for a Christmas gift on 12/05. I never received a confirmation email nor the jersey. It is one week away from Christmas and I'm concerned that it will not arrive. This was a gift for a young man that s disabled and was to be a great surprise. I hope te copy does not ruin his Christmas.

They charged my creditcard 2 weeks ago but when i go tosite it says processing

Avoid doing business with this company
I ordered two jerseys on Dec 4, 2010, for Christmas gifts. The company charged my credit card more than the order stated. I received no communication from the company, despite my repeated requests for status updates, until Dec. 22, when I received a shipping notification with a tracking number. The tracking number was invalid. I continued to press for communication. Finally the company agreed that the order must have been "lost" and they re-shipped.

When my order arrived, in the third week of January, one of the two jerseys was incorrect. I immediately contacted the company. They asked me to take pictures of the wrong jersey and email the photos; I suppose to prove that they had sent the wrong thing.

They offered to send me the correct jersey only after I shipped back the wrong jersey, at my own expense--$20 to return the incorrect merchandise. I refused to pay for their mistake.

Today is March 10, 2011 and I am STILL fighting with this company to either get a refund for the jersey they did NOT send me OR receive the correct jersey. They have offered to refund $10 and let me keep the wrong jersey, or, if I will pay to ship the wrong jersey back to them, they will refund me the $26.99 I paid for the original jersey, which is now "out of stock."

I have asked again and again to speak to a manager or to the business owner.

I believe this company is in China. All our communication has been via email, and I get email from this company overnight.

AVOID doing business with this company!
