In June 2009 I took an online course course with a group calling themselves CabinCrewDirect.com - and paid them $199 to complete a practical course as an Airline Stewardess, with hands-on training to follow. To date -though I have repeatedly tried to contact them-with no success at all, I am yet to receive my diploma, though I received excellent marks. I tried phoning them and received an answering machine. I am now wondering if they are a scam operator and would like to now complain to you about them. I wanted very much to be an air hostess with Emirates.

Please advise me on what I should do next.
