I have been with this company since.2005. They were deducting my bill from my checking. A few years ago i change banks.i took them a check from my new bank and told not to debit this account. I still had it open with enough money to cover my last loan payment. They did it anyway 3 times over something they had been payed on. Now my name is on some check thing and i cant open a new accountand my bankcut off credit card and would not refinance my house. Charter said there responsible. Who is
