I needed to replace my water heater and called Cabrillo Plumbing. They were very professional and came out on time to inspect and give estimate for the job. Being that water heaters go out unexpectedly, you need a new one right away. This company I feel over-charged me ( I would say...gauged me) on this matter. They charged me DOUBLE what it would normally cost to replace a water heater. To satisfy my curiosity, I called another plumbing service and was quoted half the price I paid for the same job after describing what was done and replacing with the same brand of water heater. I did not have time to check for other estimates, but next-time I will given the situation. This company emphasizes quality customer service on their website, but they will charge you for an arm and a leg to cover their overhead costs. I feel this company pads their costs to do the job, and charges way too much. You should definitely NOT consider them in any future services unless you like throwing money away. Any discounts they advertise doesn't mean anything if their prices are overly inflated when compared to other businesses.
