I got a divorce and was held harmless. The wife shall be individuall and solely responsible for any and all legal action taken for collections of any and all losses claimed as a result of such repossession. The wife shall be individually and solely responsible for any and all judgements of any and all losses claimed as a result of such repossession, and the Husband shall be held harmless. However CACH, LLC has Attorneys Andreu, Palma and Andreu, PL sueing only me due to they can not find the wife. I sent in a letter to dismiss and the judge denied it. I am telling you the system does not work. I would like to know how an attorney or creditor can override a Judge??? This is why noone believes in the Judicial System--its a crock of crap!
