In July, I placed an order for producted that resulted in a total of $30 including shipping. Payment was through paypal. On the website, they noted that it may take up to 30 days for delivery. But of course, my papal account was charged immediately. In August, I took the trip that I wanted the products for, and they had not shown up. After the trip, I just forgot about it. A few weeks ago, I was cleaning up some emails, and ran across my original order confirmation and realized that I never received the products. I have tried emailing them 3 times since then asking for a refund. I have received absolutely no response. I don't know what their deal is, but I suggest not doing business with this company. If you are going to give away money, do it to a useful charity.
