I noticed a charge for $79 in my back account last month and then a second. I then received 2 packages from Cafe Saporito that I never ordered nor did I open. I called them 4 times but their operators were always busy and I was asked to leave a number so they could call me back, which I did.Fianlly I cancelled the debit card, which I thought had been cancelled a year or so earlier. I sent the product back on 12/21/09 via USPS. I insured them for $80 each and requested a signature confirmation on both. They were delivered back to them on 12/23/09. As they have my mailing address, let's see if they send me a refund check. Someone should look in to these companies and at the very least fine them to the fullest extent of the law and possibly impose jail time for fraud. Trying to shut them down wouldn't work as they would just re-open within minutes under another name.
