This company in Gatlinburg, TN, gives a very smooth presentation, entices you to buy a vacation club membership, with a two day contract cancellation clause, to be mailed to an address in Florida, with a phone number in Florida, with no access to the member web site for five days (conveniently after the time when you must cancel) and then the location in Florida says that the company in Gatlinburg is not affiliated with them and that the name you see on your charge card is "California Vacation." Not only are the claims and promises for the vacation club overblown and deceptive, the company must be practicing deception by using an out of state address as mailing address for the cancellation. Well, short summary, they refused to cancel since I asked to cancel later than two days and have not used, nor ever will use, any of their services.
