Central Coast Pathology runs a multi-location pathology group along the central coast of California. Numerous outages of our phones and internet caused us to leave their service. We always seemed to get the song and dance that our outage was a rarity and it wouldn't happen again. Unfortunately, the promise was only lip service. We later found out that Call America was not even in control of their own network and used a third party for internet access.
